CLASSIC MACARONI AND CHEESE

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked for 9 to 10 minutes and drained
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Heat milk in a medium saucepan on low heat. Cut Velveeta into small pieces and add to hot milk, stir until cheese melts. Be sure to stir frequently as mixture will stick to pan easily.

Add Parmesan cheese. Add hot, drained Macaroni to sauce.
