CLASSIC MACARONI SALAD

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Blue Plate mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked for 10 minutes, rinsed with cold water and drained
  • 1 cup chopped green pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped onion, Vidalia or yellow

Directions

In large bowl combine first 5 ingredients.

Add macaroni, peppers and onion and toss to coat.

Cover and chill to blend flavors.
