Ingredients
- ¾ cup Blue Plate mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked for 10 minutes, rinsed with cold water and drained
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- ¼ cup chopped onion, Vidalia or yellow
Directions
In large bowl combine first 5 ingredients.
Add macaroni, peppers and onion and toss to coat.
Cover and chill to blend flavors.
