Halve hard boiled eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks and put into shallow dish. Place egg whites on egg dish.
Mash yolks and then add mayonnaise, pickles, salt and pepper until yolks are a good consistency. Refill whites.
NOTE: If too much mayonnaise and pickles are added, yolks will be runny and will not set up in the whites. Add the mayonnaise and pickles a little at the time until the desired consistency is reached. Also, I usually cook at least one more egg than I need. Just in case one of the whites breaks apart when I’m peeling the eggs, I will have a spare!
