Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons fresh or bottled lemon juice
- 5 fresh basil leaves, minced (or 3/4 teaspoon dry)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
Gently saute garlic in butter for about 2 minutes. Stir in lemon juice and basil. Add salt and black pepper.
Spoon sauce over cooked fish fillets.
