Mix ground beef with ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. I add about ¼ cup ketchup and 2-3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce. The amount is flexible, but add enough to be able to make out small balls.
Brown meatballs in a large skillet, turning as needed. When meatballs are browned on all sides, drain any grease. Return to skillet and cover with BBQ sauce and heat through.
NOTE: Meatballs may be made ahead of time and stored in refrigerator before cooking. You may use any kind of BBQ sauce, this is just the one I prefer.
