SALMON PATTIES

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) can Double Q Skinless & Boneless Pink Salmon, undrained
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ½ slice wheat bread, crumbled or 2 tablespoons flour
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil

Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine undrained salmon, beaten egg, bread crumbs (or flour), and desired amount of black pepper.

Heat oil in a large skillet. Use a tablespoon to shape salmon mixture into patties and slip carefully into oil. Cook on medium high heat until brown on one side. Turn and brown on other side. Remove from heat and serve immediately.

NOTE: This makes 2-servings. Recipe can easily be double or tripled if more servings are desired.
